At Chic eKids we endeavour to provide excellent customer care at all times. If you are unsatisfied with any item, we will happily provide you with a refund or exchange, providing you comply with our Returns Policy outlined below.

All items must be returned in unused, perfect resalable condition, securely wrapped in it’s original packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, soiling, no signs of the item being dry cleaned or washed, no signs of altering or repair and no odour, with all original labels and tags attached.

All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, enclosing a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation, clearing stating whether you require a refund or an exchange.

Please email us at customercare@chicekids.com advising us that you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, stating the invoice number, item reference, size, quantity, price and the reason for the return. We will then reply with a Returns Authorisation Number.

Please clearly state on the invoice or email order confirmation whether the item is being returned for a refund or an exchange, stating your reason for the return as well as your Returns Authorisation Number.

If the item is being returned for an exchange, please clearly state the desired replacement product name, product reference, colour and size. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. A full refund will automatically be given should the desired item not be available. All exchanges will be sent at our expense using a suitable postal service with tracking.

Please securely wrap and package your item and enclose a copy of the invoice or email order confirmation with the package and send to the address below.

An email will be sent out to you once the refund or exchange has been processed.

All refunds will be made in £ sterling and credited to the original card or PayPal account used to purchase the item and will be made within 14 days of the item being received at our offices.  

Whilst we will refund the full purchase cost to you i.e. cost of the item and original postage cost (NB: PayPal may deduct a fee for receiving the funds into your account, which is beyond our control), we are unfortunately unable to refund the cost of returning the item to us and we cannot take responsibility for any item that is lost or damaged during transit. Please ensure you return the item to us using an adequate tracking facility and covered by insurance.
