Ordering
When an order has been placed and payment made, an email will be sent out to you confirming your order.

All purchases are made in GBP £ Sterling.  Dollar ($) and Euro (€) currency displays are for guidance only.

All payments are processed through our merchant partner PayPal. 

Despatch & Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-2 business days following receipt of cleared payment.

For security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address as shown in the PayPal Payment Notification.  We are unable to ship to an alternative shipping address.

Once an item has been despatched, an email will be sent to you advising you of this.

If you are registered with us, you will be able to track your order by logging into Your Account on our website.

UK Customers
All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and the cost for this will be £3.50.  The estimated delivery time for this is 1 – 3 working days.  If you require your item sooner, please select Next Day Special Delivery when you check out.  The cost for this is £8.70.

European Customers
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For and the cost for this will be £9.50 per order. The estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 working days.

Customers in the Rest of the World
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For and the cost for this will be £11.50 per order. The estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 working days.

Important Note to non-EU customers
You may have to pay import duties, customs charges and taxes in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being despatched to. If you choose to return your items, unfortunately these charges will not be refunded to you.
