Ordering Dispatch Delivery

Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of the order being placed.
For security reasons, we will only ship to the billing address as shown in the PayPal Payment Notification. We are unable to ship to an alternative shipping address.

Once an item has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you advising you of this.

If you are registered with us, you will be able to track your order by logging into Your Account on our website.

UK Customers
All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and the cost for this will be £5.50. The estimated delivery time for this is 1 – 3 working days and we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. If you require your item sooner, please select Next Day Special Delivery when you check out. The cost for this is £8.70 and we aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours.

European Customers
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For and the cost for this will be £11.50 per order. The estimated delivery time is 3 – 5 working days and we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Customers in the Rest of the World
All items will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-For and the cost for this will be £14.50 per order. The estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 working days and we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours.
Important Note to non-EU customers
You may have to pay import duties, customs charges and taxes in some countries. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from Customs & Excise in the country the goods are being despatched to. If you choose to return your items, unfortunately these charges will not be refunded to you.

We do not dispatch to the following countries: Brazil, Bulgaria, Lebanon, Lithuania, Macedonia, Nigeria, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine
